Why did you become an ambassador?

Embarking on a journey to a new city on a different continent is both thrilling and daunting.
Becoming a student ambassador for Masaryk University was a significant decision for me. When I first arrived in Brno, a completely new city on a completely new continent, I had countless questions and concerns. I hoped to find someone who could help me through this phase of transition. Now, I want to be that person for others. This role allows me to share my experiences and insights with prospective students, helping them make informed decisions about their education and other aspects of their journey. Additionally, the role allows me to develop my leadership and communication skills further, while representing an institution I deeply value. It’s also a great opportunity to network, build connections, and contribute positively to the university community.

What do you love most about your studies?

What I love most about my studies is the thrill of diving into the many facets of business management. The curriculum is like a treasure map, leading me to new discoveries and challenging my mind at every turn. The vibrant academic environment at Masaryk University, with its supportive faculty and enthusiastic peers, makes learning a truly enjoyable adventure.

What advice would you give to new students?

As you embark on this exciting chapter, embrace the unknown with curiosity and courage. University life isn't just about absorbing knowledge from textbooks; it's about rewriting your own story. Beyond academics, Brno beckons with a vibrant tapestry of experiences—explore its cultural riches, engage with diverse communities, and immerse yourself in the city's dynamic atmosphere. Take time to wander its streets, meet new people, and discover the unique perspectives they offer. These moments of exploration and connection will not only enrich your education but also shape your personal growth in unexpected and meaningful ways.
