Description The study presents results of our theoretical research in the field of giftedness development, based on the research approaches which are based on the analytical-synthetic modelling and on the data mining. A specific analytical-synthetic model of the educational process of gifted students is presented. The core of this model is to emphasize the position of the motivation of gifted students in an interactive relationship to teacher’s creativity. Despite the deep inner motivation of gifted students it is a creative teacher who is able to offer them new, modern and efficient views on the educational contents of various disciplines. We show originality, creativity and usefulness of motivation (from the part of teachers) for the education of students gifted in science in organizing excursion to CERN.
