Description | Contribution applies the theory of defining the relevant market for the railway industry. The first part defines the specifics of the rail services market, the second part deals with the concentration of industry, and the third part analyzes the way of defining the relevant market to railway services at the above-mentioned peculiarities of the market and in particular with regard to the possibility of application of SSNIP test. The final part summarizes risks of failure of SSNIP test for defining the relevant market. |
