Description Dishevelled (Dvl) is a multifunctional effector of different Wnt cascades. We provide evidence that Dvl phosphorylated by casein kinase 1 epsilon can bind atypical receptor kinase Ror2. We show that CK1-phosphorylated Dvl induced by both canonical and non-canonical Wnt ligands triggers negative feedback regulation in a Ror2-dependent manner.
