| Description | Paper concerns capital adequacy evaluation of the municipal projects. It is proposed the original set of indicators. The evaluation is based on the ratios combining project volume, co financing requirements, operating cash-flow and budget performance of the project holder (municipality). The methodology is applied on the project proposals for support from the ROP SE (municipal proposals registered between 2008-10). |
