Citation
Description This chapter is dealing with the social integration of migrants from the EU15 and the selected advanced countries. For this analytical group is typical higher socio-economical level of the source countries which consequently determines character of the migration and position of the migrants in the society and at the labour market. The integration of migrants from the EU countries is favourably influenced by free movement of persons and labour forces. Position at the labour market and social integration of foreigners from these countries are given by their predominant employment at the primary sector of the labour market. We speak about their privileged position in comparison with the foreigners from the less advanced countries (e.g. Vietnam and states of the former Soviet Union). The evidences of their privileged position are particularly higher quality of their work places, the level of their incomes, approach of the employers and also the level of their housing and obliging attitude from the side of the major society members and employees of the public institutions.
