| Description | Brno city is known of its long-time industrial tradition, which reflected in a big concentration of producing localities and areas as well. These old and mainly industrial areas can serve for new enterprise or new development zones. Another occasion is to building industrial zones, logistic parks or production-administrative centres (greenfields), often with innovative firms. The objective of the contribution is to analyse and assess material developing potential of Brno city. Partly in context of existing occasions, partly with emerging requirements of new developing zones. |
