| Description | The authors deals with reconstruction of a narrow process of the maxilla before or during implantological treatment. Development of a narrow alveolar ridge is caused functional and esthetic difficulties during implantological treatment as well as in the subseguent prosthetic solution of tooth replacement. The authors describe augmenting operational procedures of reconstructing the alveolar ridge by means of palatine periosteal graft. |
