Description High advanced microscopy represents an inevitable tool for analysis of molecular interactions. DNA binding properties of putative telomere binding AtTRB1 protein from Arabidopsis were analysed by FRAP and FLIP. We showed that AtTRB1 is highly dynamic chromatin components with fast mobility within the cell.
