| Description | Johann Bapt. Spiess painted 1675 a townscape of Brna and inserted panegyrical text to it. This text became a basis of the paper, which deals with baroque culture in the town in following parts: Early baroque beginnings; the Baroque town planning; refugium of Royal office and of tables of Land; theatrum of the nobles; mother of religious; late Baroque and the Enlightenment. |
