Description Methods and techniques of drama education are becoming a central part of the communnicative approach in foreign language teaching. One of the main reasons is that drama-based in-class activities advance the emotional and social level of the proces sof learning and teaching which has a positiv effect on the cognitve level. The paper outleines wals of thought in language metodology which anchor the utilization of drama education strategies in theory and explores the options of grasping the issue within methodological reserch. Finally, partial results of two research analyse are introduced.
