Description The most often immune system disorders are allergies, especially Asthma bronchiale. These disorders is one of the group of non-infectious diseases with greatest occurence among current population, an increasing trend is observed and also children suffer from these disorders. Nowdays in the Czech Republic, two allergic diseases become a part of life among 30 % of children and 7 % of children suffer from asthma. Children suffering from allergic disorders and asthma spend essential part of their time in school. Therefore it is important to arrange the class environment in order not to needlessly cause pupils health troubles. Teacher should be informed about the presence of child suffering from immune system disorder in the vlase. Teacher should be also able to give his pupil first aid in case of asthma attack or acute allergy. The research sound from environment of selected elementary schools shows that it is essential to improve awareness of teachers
