| Description | Floods are a phenomenon that we could not completely prevent. Their random appearance and variable extent have negative impacts on the relevant risks’ perception. These risks have complicated systematic preparation of preventive measures and appropriate resource allocation. Flash floods are extremely dangerous and represent complicated problem because of their sudden nature. Presented paper deals with financial associations relating to flash floods. |
