Description The chapter presents partial results of the international comparative research into relationship marketing in micro and small enterprises and local authorities, which has been carieed out by an international research team in three countries - in the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia. It examines the degree of importance, which representatives of MSE assign to individual stakeholders in regard to their influence on the market success of an enterprise. In addition, it tries to describes, which attitudes they hold toward their stakeholders on the cognitive and emotional level.
