Description The neoclassical model of international trade of two economies is standard part of either standard economic courses or courses specially devoted to the theories of international trade. These courses as the monographs on this topic put stress on understanding the implications of this theory rather than on its formal treatment. Furthermore, this theory is not explicitly connected with preceding theory of absolute and comparative advantages. This article therefore presents brief formal treatment of the theory mentioned above and shows its linkage with theory of absolute and comparative advantages.
