| Description | The article deals with the election of the Northern Ireland Assembly which were held in March 2007. The article describes the situation before elections and the electoral system, and analyses the election results. Attention is also paid to a comparision of the support of the main political parties in the Northern Ireland Assembly Elections and House of Commons elections. |
