Description The paper presents results of the survey realised by the e-mail inquiry focused on some questions concerning e-business implementation and information and communication technologies application (ICT) problems of small and micro enterprises in the Czech republic. Analysed answers offer the picture of some specificities related to this group of the entrepreneurs, e.g. enormous high cost sensitivity, time pressure, managerial and organizational problems (among all demand fluctuation versus lack or on the contrary surplus of the personnel) or to some extent insufficient staff and management knowledge and skills necessary for e-business.
