Description Many factors influence the success of infertility treatment by IVF/ET method. Implantation is the crucial moment for the clinical pregnancy. One proposed strategy involves enhancement of blood flow at the implantation site with the use of low-dose acetylsalicylic acid. The purpose of this review is to determine the effect of this approach on the pregnancy rate in women undergoing IVF/ICSI cycles.
