| Description | Plasma cell leukemia is a rare disease defined by the presence of circulating malignant plasma cells in the peripheral blood. Three patients were diagnosed with plasma cell leukemia in our center from 2005 to 2007 . Here we report two cases of plasma cell leukemia to demonstrate the use of flow cytometry as an important tool in the diagnostic assessment of the disease. |
