| Description | This article aims to assess the current state of funding the program in promoting and developing the voluntary sector. Article summarizes the basic assumptions of effective financing program and compares them with results derived from an extensive survey conducted for the Government Council for NGOs, which focused on obtaining information on individual programs announced under the state support policy-ministerial. |
