Description The work deals with the key amino acids determining substrate specificity in b-glucosidase Zm-p60.1. New informations about determination of substrate specificity and effect of key amino acid on function and structure have been obtained on the basis of bioinformational, structural and kinetic analysis and molecular docking data.
