| Description | The paper presents partial results of research that was carried out within a bilateral Czech-Slovak project of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport no. 94 "Human factor and communication in public administration in Slovak Republic and Czech Republic". The paper contains an analysis of data on the relationship between human resources management and quality management as perceived by personnel departments' managers and senior executives of 11 Czech regional offices that participated in the research. |
