• Description: The paper is focused on process analysis in crisis management, particularly analysis of Czech Fire and Rescue Services Act. The analysis is based on use case diagrams, process maps, logical data models and CRUD matrixes. Based on obtained knowledge from this process analysis, application ontology has been created. This ontology described relations between crisis situations, person resources and information, mainly with geographical structure. Process map are described by XPLD language. Application ontology is described by OWL language. Using these standards is focused on high interoperability.
