Description | According to increasing competitiveness on labor market the human resources term is getting more and more attention of the public as well as private sector organizations active of both demand and supply side. There is no doubt that a lot of companies have reflected necessity of proactive policies in this area with aim to continuously boost up their competitiveness and one of the first steps was to establish close partnership with universities. This cooperation has brought a lot of advantages further accented by synergic effects rising with realization of for example traineeships and partnerships. With making these steps universities has accepted a fact that education has to reflect economic and legislature changes in industry, public services or in general on labor market. Only through such steps universities in the Czech Republic could further increase their competitiveness on the tertiary education market in the EU. With beginning of the new programming period 2007 až 2013 there are being opened several options for universities and partner organizations to systematically support this human resources development area with help of newly establish operational programs. This tool should play a crucial role in establishing of new form of cooperation or for enhancing the current ones. Priority is to maximally utilize thematic operational programs on national level, especially Operational program Education for competitiveness and Operational program Human resources and employment (possibility to compose specific education programs in companies supplied by universities). |
