| Description | Juvenile diabetes (diabetes type I) is a serious problem for the ill one but also for his family, school and everybody around. There has been growth of this disease in many countries so teachers are more likely to meet this in their classes. There are many complications even though the patient is under a good control. If treatment is not suitable, there is even a chance of death. Research was accomplished at 2 primary schools in Brno. Questionnaire was for children and its goal was to find out how much information about diabetes mellitus children have. |
