Description | We have studied the effect of the roughness and quality of the different surface treatment of TiO2 electrodes (machined, acid etching surface or titanium plasma spray modification) on the adsorption of fibrinogen by electrochemical methods including the voltametric and impedance techniques. We have shown that a sensitive method for the determination of fibrinogen adsorption on mercury surface is electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). |
