| Description | We measured electrochemical activity of yeast culture on mercury electrode. We observed the changes of differential capacity curves and also changes in impedance during the growth of yeast. We were able to monitor the growing number of cells in solution and also the formation of biofilm on mercury surface. After calibration we were able to determine the concentration of yeast in solution. |
