| Description | Report shows analysis of financing the crisis situations that served as a basic framework for research in the year 2007. Further are presented theoretical methodological basis of research and outline of institutional securing of geo visualization and the Czech Republic as well as global territory evaluation with use of reinsurance and insurance companies. Following are listed methods of the territory evaluation that could be hit by exceptional occurrence of great scale (MU) in case when territory could be spatially defined. As a case study is used description of the MU historical course in the Southern Bohemian region. This concept is defined with evaluation of damages computation as well as with methodological approach to the territory financial evaluation and subsequent structure of method with working title Bakoš approach for prediction and allocation of financial processes concerning prediction and allocation of financial processes of prevention, elimination and restoration of territory that could be hit by exceptional occurrence of great scale in cases when territory could be spatially defined. With use of analysis of data coming from tens of the OECD countries (including EU and USA countries) and results from specific instruments used by insurance and reinsurance companies is performed an implementation of specific instruments and methods of financing processes of prevention, elimination and territory restoration. This concept is based on natural disaster funds, establishing of pools etc. For research complexity are also presented: Results from conference Public and private solutions of the natural disasters impacts in the Czech Republic which the fourth section was part of research, reports from field surveys and implications, conclusions and recommendations for submitter, i.e. the Czech Republic Ministry of Finance. |
