Description This subhead summarizes uncertainty analyses results of selected macroeconomic data, namely gross domestic product, gross domestic product growth rate, and output gap. Countries of the so-called Visegrad four (that is Czechia, Slovakia, Hungaria, and Poland) were object of observation. Partial analyses couldn't be carried out in some cases, where there were required data unavailable. The results of accomplished analyses showed that macroeconomic data uncertainty is often serious. Data user shouldn't therefore understand data as final values and should always take data uncertainty into account. One should e.g. try to quantify it or use the data after sufficient number of revision occurred, and the data uncertainty is thus lowered.
