Description The paper presents the part of results of the questionnaire survey analysis targeted at the selected areas of questions in the company customer competitiveness relationships. The aim of the analysis was to find out the differencies in companies customers relations behaviour, which could show som,e competitiveness factors not expressed in financial terms.
