Description | Decisions in crisis management are implicitly spatially dependent. Maps and GIS applications are often used during such processes. Presented paper is focused on improvement of cartographic visualization leading to decrease of time necessary for decision. Aspects of visualization improvement are sufficient amount of information just in time, instant awareness of principal objects, real-time reclassification of multifactorial (parametric) geo-objects, simple symbology with easy perception, and usercentric visualization over shared distributed geodatabase. |
