Description	Contribution summarises basic aspects of metalloprotein analysis, elementary definitions of the system and its analytical properties, shows overview of contemporary used analytical techniques with special attention to use of combination of gel electrophoresis with mass spectrometry (ICP-MS and MALDI-TOF-MS) to speciation of metalloproteins.
