| Description | This article is focused on the legal regulation of state aids in the Community law and it is based merely on case law of European Court of justice. State aids pose a real and/or potential threat to the free movement of goods and therefore they have to be strictly regulated. Their definition in the Treaty of ES is rather vague so their detailed definition had to be given by the ECJ. As this paper cannot deal with the topic in its entirety, only main characteristics of state aids are mentioned. |
