| Description | Health care investment expenditure in hospitals is a weakness in the Czech health care system. The problem is not only the health care investment expenditure volume, but particularly the mean of its allocation and its effectiveness. The paper is focused on the process of public procurement. The aim of this contribution is to analyze the rulings of the Czech Office for the Protection of Competition concerning the hospital's investment and to find out whether the public control is sufficient and motivating for hospitals to comply with the procurement rules. |
