• Description: For application of AD combination theoretical know-ledge about mechanism of efficacy, various pressures - from the site of patients, its family and financial reasons are important. Persistence of cognitive dysfunction may be associated with pharmacoresistant depression. Strategies targeted not only on depression but also on cognitive dysfunction could be useful.
