Description | The contribution deals with organizational innovations, which usually are not consider as innovation in accordance with definition of European Commission. Their involving into production, or services, is usually question of maintenance of enterprise growth rate with general trends. Characteristics of organizational innovations can lead to underestimating of their importance. The article emphasize the importance of organizational innovation for functioning and being of social enterprise, it means organizations whose mission is not profit but providing certain service and achievement of high quality of services and satisfaction of clients. |
