Description The study deals with three cultural events presenting the Napoleonic period and the battle of Austerlitz (Slavkov u Brna) that took place in this town in 1930's. The Napoleonic exhibition (June 28 - July 19, 1931) was the first of them. It was extremely well accepted; the visitors numbered 7O OOO and even contemporary president Masaryk was among them. The two Napoleonic games that took place on June 28th, 1933 and June 16th, 1935 had similarly great success. They were performed by several hundreds of soldiers and visited by thousands of spectators.
