| Description | The paper is focused on Gender Budgeting as a specific part of Gender Mainstreaming. This approach represents an economic view of this problem. Introduction presents situation in the Czech Republic and comparison with the EU. Main part is focused on practical problems with perform gender analysis and implementation gender budgeting into the budgeting process. There is a high demand for gender analysis however tools and methods for these analyses are still insufficiently sophisticated. Final part implies a future prospect of gender budgeting. |
