| Description | Paper concerns the comparative analysis of the regional policy in Czech lands during the period of Charles IV. and in presence. Analysis is based on the comparison of the tools of regional policy (such as fiscal policy, protectionism, reallocation of the working forces and capital) and comparison of approach to the selected problems connected with the regional development. Selection of the problems area to be solved corresponds with the Strategy of the regional development in the Czech Republic for the period 2007-2013; relevant data from the rule period of Charles IV. (1316-1378) are mainly from the Czech and German historical sources. |
