| Description | The paper presents various theoretical models of the health policy. These models are confronted with the concept of policy cycles. First part is focused on definitions of the health policy and consequences for these definitions for policy targeting and analysis of implementation phase. The second part introduces policy actors and institutions in context of formulation and implementation phases. The final part presents findings in connection with Czech health policy in the past few years. |
