Link between paroxetine-induced sexual dysfunction, gender and acitivity CYP2D6

Description	No variation in therapeutic efficaccy between male and female subjects classified according to metabolic phenotype were found. A signifficantly higher rate of sexual dysfunction was recorded among females with poor metabolizer phenotype.
