| Description | The usefulness and efficiency of the process have far-reaching influence on the management decisions taking in area of public administration. The process analysis serves tried methodologies and tools to identify existing processes which are in motion in public and self government institutions The process improving in public and self government institutions in Czech republic is now oriented to area of developing the standard working procedures in personal audit context, to area of performance and quality improving the existing processes and to area of determining the user key requirements of information systems. The article deals with possibilities and experiences of using the process analysis tools in these areas of implementation. |
