Description Repeated administration of MDMA elicited in mice in the open field test both development and expression of sensitization. Repeated pre-treatment by CB1 receptor agonist led to cross-sensitization to the MDMA challenge dose and, in contrary, repeated administration of CB1 receptor antagonist+MDMA suppressed this phenomenon. We did not confirm our hypothesis, that repeated administration of MDMA would sensitise to antiaggressive effects in the mice model of agonistic behaviour.
