Description	One of the most important and traditional industrial branches aggregation of textile, clothing and leather industry (TCL) has been gradually losing its importance in favour of other branches since the beginning of 1950s. 1990s accelerated and finished its decay, regarding both output and labour force, down to less than half of the value in 1989.
