Description The paper presents the main results of a research in small and medium enterprises (especially in the south Moravia region). We prepared the research in a form of a probe aimed at understanding and using marketing. Results of our probe-research strongly correspond with some generally enunciated findings in an approach of marketing in enterprises in Czech republic and they give them connection with complete style of a management.
