Description	The following text refers about preliminary results from an empirical inquiry of the Roma community in the Czech Republic, which is a part of the international project The Human Development Challenge of Roma Integration. The main topics of the essay are: (1) Patterns of Family Life and Lifestyle, (2) Educational level, (3) Living standard and economical status, (4) Political Representation and Participation, (5) Inter and intra-community relations.
