Description | Patients surviving acute myocardial infarction are at risk of cardiac death. Folloving indices of risk are used: ejection fraction<40%, positive late potentials, extrasystolas>10/hour, SDNN index<30ms, SDANN<50ms, baroreflex sensitivity <3ms/mmHg. a new fuzzy method for the stratification , which takes into account that the borderline between a risky and non/risky value of a risk factor is not sharp, was developed. |
