Structure of the human genome: Experimental results and models

The higher-order chromatin structure is strikingly similar in various human cell types, although it may differ for some elements after differentiation. We conclude that the cell nucleus is an ordered and integrated structure, even though, substantially influenced by several sources of randomness.
