Description | We focused our attention on voltammetric study of nucleic acids (native and denatured calf thymus DNA) on a silver electrode and selected the type of elimination with respect to the sensitivity and the resolution. The best results were obtained with the elimination function with I(k)and I (c) elimination and I(d)conservation. The elimination voltammetry with linear scan might provide new possibilities for further electrochemical research and determination of nucleic acids. It can be considered as a one of useful techniques in developing new original biosensors for nucleic acids. |
