| Description | The presentation deals with the new definition of a public enterprise among the obliged entities under the Act on Free Access to Information. It first discusses the traditional theoretical understanding of the concept of public enterprise and compares this meaning with the concept of public enterprise under the Act in question and the implemented EU Directive, concluding in particular that this concept is not used in a clear way by domestic law. |
